Ex30 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the ex30 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using our services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or accessing the ex30 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ex30 platform.

Continued use of the platform after any updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. ex30 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

The ex30 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to register only one account on the ex30 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. ex30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes, including copies of your identification card, bank statements or other relevant documents.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. ex30 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ex30 support team immediately at [email protected].

Account Suspension and Closure

Ex30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice if suspicious activity, a breach of terms, fraud or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems is detected. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, subject to compliance with all verification requirements.

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As an ex30 user, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, bonus or promotion abuse, the use of unauthorised third-party software to manipulate games, or any attempt to access the platform's systems without authorisation.

Users are prohibited from sharing account credentials, transferring balances between different accounts outside of official channels, or using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ex30. Any form of collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in games is also strictly prohibited.

Ex30 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances, should any of the above rules be violated. ex30's decision in such matters is final.

Payment and Transaction Information

All transactions on the ex30 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through payment methods approved by ex30, including local eWallets and internet banking transfers via financial institutions recognised in Malaysia.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the ex30 account holder. ex30 does not accept withdrawal requests to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the selected payment method and applicable verification requirements.

Ex30 reserves the right to place transactions on hold for security review or internal compliance purposes. Users who make deposits are responsible for ensuring that the funds used come from legitimate sources. Any fraudulent activity or use of stolen payment cards will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

Ex30 sets minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. Details on current limits are available in the Account section once you are logged in. These limits are subject to change at ex30's discretion and may vary depending on the payment method used or the user's account verification level.
